Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging.
Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of delivery. Exchange delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility, and items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
